Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open TrustRishta and sign in.
2. Tap your profile menu (top right).
3. Choose Delete account, enter your password, and confirm.

Your account and personal data are removed permanently from our systems.

Or request deletion by email

1. Email kundancha58@gmail.com from your registered TrustRishta email address.
2. Subject line: Delete my TrustRishta account.
3. Include your registered phone number (if any) so we can verify ownership.

What is deleted

When deletion is completed, we remove or anonymise your account and profile data, including photos, preferences, and in-app messages associated with your account, except where we must keep records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

What may be retained

• Payment and invoice records required by law (typically up to 7 years).
• Minimal logs needed for security or dispute resolution for a limited period.

Timeline

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
